Early Neutral Evaluation

Negotiated resolution offers the chance to reach an early pathway to agreement. Lawyers and court are expensive and confusing, working with an experienced professional as a guide can help minimise expense and offer solutions.

At FairPath Resolution, we offer a range of dispute resolution services designed to reach for agreement in the most efficient way. Our professionals, all with a background as senior lawyers, work closely with parties to facilitate productive discussion. We work with you to  ascertain the facts, narrow the issues and arrive at mutually agreeable solutions and pathways toward repairing relationships.

Initial consultations are free and meetings are at a fixed fee. Start confidential negotiations before things get impossible to resolve.

The Mediation Procedure

If mediation is the way forward, FairPath Resolution follows the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand mediation rules.  More information about the rules and the mediation procedure in general is here.

One Professional

Using out of court methods of resolution, all parties have direct access to the same professional. We believe this is a far more efficient way of achieving a fair outcome.  Our seasoned legal experts, once partner or consultant lawyers at prestigious NZ/international firms, are now dedicated to guiding clients towards a successful negotiated resolution. We have seen the duplication and expense that comes from parties seeking independent legal advice.  Negotiating at an early stage with a skilled professional allows parties to have the best chance of working together, minimising conflict.

What Our Clients Are Saying!

“The results, as you could see, were really positive. We've been in Australia now since January, just before Adam started the new school year.  He's settled in really nicely, the lifestyle is incredible for him and us and it's just brilliant all being together as a family with Tim again. It is the single best thing that has happened for us and we're looking forward to continuing our life here and away from the shadow of that idiot who tried to prevent it. I have you to thank for a great deal of that, your help, your advice and also just your support in enabling me to believe it was feasible.”
